Canon manufactures a small but impressive collection of image stabilized binoculars. These are almost magical, with the push of a button any shaking in your view is eliminated. Instead, you get a. stable view and smooth panning. This technical wizardry allows for much higher magnification than is normally practical without a tripod.
These are excellent binoculars for stargazing and birding. We’ve had a lot of fun using them and are highly impressed. They weigh a little more than traditional binoculars but it’s a fair trade off if you’re looking for high portability and high magnification.
