Shipping policy

All shipping, with rare exception, is directly from our inventory at All-Star Telescope.

Cut Off Time

Orders made before noon MST can be processed same day. Exceptions apply. Shipping is performed on non holiday days Monday to Friday.

Shipping within Canada:

All shipping charges are estimated from the cart or at time of purchase. Shipping estimates take into account shipping destination; the number of boxes required, their weight and size. Any delivery time estimates are only estimated and do not represent a guaranteed or promised delivery time. All-Star Telescope cannot guarantee delivery times for any shipment after it leaves our warehouse. All-Star telescopes will use the selected shipping method wherever possible but reserves the right to change shipping methods as required to complete the order. Any changes to shipping costs will be communicated to the customer and approval from the customer will be required before completing their order.

Free Shipping in Canada

Any free shipping offers are subject to review. Large packages or remote locations are subject to review before order is approved. Should charges need to be made: All-Star Telescope will review those changes with the customer before processing the order. When free shipping is used All-Star Telescope reserves the right to choose whichever courier they deem fit.

All-Star Telescopes is proud to use Canada Post, Fedex, and UPS as our primary shipping providers. 

Shipping to the USA and other International destinations:

Free Shipping to USA or International

All-Star Telescopes is proud to use FedEx, UPS, and the United States Postal Services via DKY Post as our primary shipping providers.

Lost of Undelivered Packages - Canada and USA

In the unlikely event the order does not arrive. After 30 days from the date your order shipped, we will deem the shipment lost in transit and will reproduce your order and send it again. Until 30 days have passed, we will need to wait on the courier used to delivery the package. It is All-Star Telescopes responsibility to validate with the courier that the package is officially lost. Any item that is confirmed delayed in transit and not, in fact, lost will not be replaced.

Replacements are sent in the event your order has not been received after 30 days from the shipping date, but any orders the customer feels have been lost in transit after 6 weeks, without communication will not be replaced or refunded. The responsibility of communicating a lost order is on the customer and assumed to have been delivered if no communication is made with All-Star Telescope.

Stolen Packages

All-Star Telescope does not guarantee packages after the courier has confirmed delivery. Once the package has been confirmed delivered to the customer, All-Star Telescope is not responsible for those items. Any items lost or stolen from the delivered destination are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

In Store Pickup

Once an order is completed and ready for pickup, the customer will receive notification from All-Star telescope via email. The customer must then arrange to pay for and collect their order within 30 days. Pickups can occur anytime during regular store hours, notice to All-Star is not required for pickup during that time. Any orders not collected within 30 days are considered abandoned, including orders that have been paid.
