CMY Cubes (and other shapes) at All Star Telescope
We love CMY Cubes. They're a fantastic way to teach about light, and they're fun to boot. They started out as cubes with two Cyan (C) sides, two Magenta (M) sides, and two Yellow (Y) sides. As you rotate them you combine these translucent sides to create blue, green red, and more.
They're now made in all of the platonic shapes (Tetrahedron, Cube, Octahedron, Dodecahedron, Icosahedron) and they're available in different sizes. We love CMY Cubes for the colors and fascination of a simple toy that uses light instead of mechanics to open your mind.
If you're looking for an interesting low-tech toy, or a great fidget and conversation object, we highly recommend CMY Cubes.
