Product Description
The 0.7x reducer reduces the Askar 80ED to f/4.9 while also providing field-flattening correction.
It features a triplet design with one ED glass, optimized for the APS-C frame. The total weight is 0.32 kg. The back focus is a standard 55mm from the M48 threaded surface. At present, few telescopes of the same type on the market are equipped with a reducer of this reduction factor.
The shorter focal ratio delivers an even wider field of view and faster exposure speeds, making it perfect for imaging large nebulae, star clusters, and dim, fast-moving celestial objects.
