This 3nm dual narrowband (H-Alpha + OIII) filter features an ultra-narrow FWHM bandwidth of only 3±1nm, which efficiently filters out background stray light. Combined with a wide cutoff wavelength range of 300-1050nm (covering ultraviolet to near-infrared spectra) and an average OD5 transmittance as low as 0.001%, it strongly suppresses light pollution and stray light, significantly improving the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR).
