I am stunned by the performance of this small but amazing S30 Telescope. I have always loved astronomy but could never afford the high price of a powerful scope. But Seestar provided a way for me to engage the universe at a price I could afford. Love it!
So, so simple to use and the pictures are incredible… imagine being able to do everything in your warm house while the telescope follows your commands and tracks the target you selected. Best purchase I have made in astronomy.
Overall a great little telescope. I was able to take photos of Markarian's Chain, the Pinwheel Galaxy M101, and the Whirlpool Galaxy M51. The resolution is 1080P so it is not super high definition. It is good value at its price point. The denoise capability is the best denoising algorithm I’ve seen in a while. This little Telescope is capable of DSO, the Moon, the Sun, and scenery photography. I also need to try the EQ mount setting for DSO.
First scope and 2 clear nights and got crab nebula and pinwheel galaxy on short process. Still learning but seems cool so far
I just received the S30 and after the obligatory 10 nights of solid clouds, I finally gave it a test run. The results are very impressive, though I'm still learning the basics. I definitely recommend it !
